Mods - 4 Dots on secondary squads

It is probably already discussed somewhere but I don't know how to word it correctly.

Basically does it make sense to save some money and use maxed 4 dot mods on your non arena team?

My 2 main reasons are

- you can farm more mods with the same amount of cantina energy
- less cost to put to lvl 15. Yes I'm aware the price just halved on mods but money is money

Thoughts?

That’s definitely a viable way to go, and as you end up with five dots that you don’t need, filter them down the ranks.

No because you don’t have a chance to get mods you can out on your arena team at the same time. If you’re farming five dot mods and you get a mediocre one you can put it on a secondary team, but you also have a shot at getting an arena quality mod. Farming 4 dot mods and you don’t have a shot at arena quality mods.

What ikky said. The mods on. my secondary squad are rejects from my arena team. So i get a purple mod with speed when i am farming mods and speed only upgrades once. It goes on a secondary squad, if speed upgrades three times it goes my arena team somewhere.
