Game slow and not loading

See title ... the game is not loading correctly and when I do get in, the game is really really really slow.
From what I heard I am not the only one.

Anything going on? Pretty bad timing considering its Territory Battle time.

Yeah, it's territory battle time. That's exactly the reason the game is running like garbage.

Happens every time, just sometimes it's worse than others.
