Quick question about ships

I was wondering, if a ship has an ability, a passive effect, or otherwise grants a buff to its “allies”, does said buff apply to the capital ship? For instance, my Vader’s ship abilities say that empire allies gain 10% turn meter for attacking target-locked enemies. Does the Executrix gain 20% bonus turn meter if its AOE attack hits 2 target-locked enemies? Or do these buffs and effects only apply to the smaller ships? Thanks!

Not sure but Tie Fighter pilot ability grants turn meter specifically to "the allied capital ship".

Typically fighters buff each other and cap ships buff the fighters.
