Gear 12+ Salvage from HSR not in Imventory

Hello guys,

When picking up today's rewards of the hsr I had to notice that the shown g12+ salvage was not transferred to my inventory.
It may also affect the other gear, yet I didn't really pay attention to the rest.
Same thing happened to some if my guild mates.
Have you experienced equal issues? Please be cautious!
Maybe it has to do with buying the G12+ package from the store, which I did.
Really hope for clearance!

You will need to contact support and they can review you account to see what was rewarded and added to your account. Use the in game help button. In settings and open a ticket, or try Answers HQ, but I think the individual help will be better.
