Ship Hard last two node?

I have all the ship table nodes at 3 star except the last two(Hard 5E & 5F), which is just 1star. I just would like to ask how I can make it 3 star? Any useful tip from those who cleared it would help me a lot.

Tarkin even used his reinforcement ability right after my Chimaras ultimate, which is normaly should be pushed onto cooldown.

I had to keep switching cap ships until I beat all them. Try Tarkin instead of Thrawn
