Pinned discussions

Is anyone else getting slightly frustrated by the list of pinned threads under 'discussions'? I appreciate that a lot of them are recent and important posts but every time I want to see the most recent discussions I have to scroll past 29 other threads first. Plus there are several which are completely irrelevant now - why do we need to be constantly reminded about a 'player spotlight' from June 2017?

@Kyno would it be possible to trim this down a little?

You can also unannounce them yourself with the dismiss button, when you press the gear icon.
