Where in the world is Chirrut Imwe?

I have been collecting shards for Chirrut from the Fleet Arena Store but since the mod 2.0 update, I have not seen him. Anyone else having this same issue or is it just me?

Breaking news, Chirrut Imwe has been spotted twice in a players fleet store twice in ONE DAY! This is unheard of and has made history. In all seriousness I have seen Chirrut twice now today in separate times. It is just that RNG is not on your side.
