Any chance for a second tier of fleet mastery?

Similar to the Talzin and Wicket events, it'd be nice to have a second tier to use the 7* ship to earn some ship omegas and reinforcement abilities, something other than a glorified shard shop transition, and a refreshable tier to get some nickels and dimes out of it
