Traya Sith and Bastilla lead Jedi tend to be the most popular at the minute. It really depends on your current roster and how long you haven’t been playing for though. Have you got an SWGOH.GG account you can post so people can check your roster?
Traya can farm only by HSTR which is really hard. EXCEPT HER, Palp, Bastila are the most dominent arena squads. JTR is still great. CLS is not so good recently, and KRU, Talzin too.
Palp, Vader, Sion, Thrawn, Nihilus
+ Sith Trooper could be arranged instead.
Bastila, GMY, Ezra, GK, Hoda/Ben
JTR BB-8 R2-D2 Thrawn GK
+ S.Rey or RT could be arranged instead.
Those 3 squads are usually in the top 50.
But in terms of TW, CLS, KRU and Talzin is also important. With TW buff, FO under zKRU lead and Rebel under CLS lead defense teams are pretty annoying.
Talzin with NS could be very powerful offense team.
And yes, EP Bastila JTR is still very very useful in TW.
Jedi seem to be strong right now with Bastilla lead, and I think Bounty Hunters are going to be a big part of the game now with all the reworks/new heroes
I would farm ships and pilots for a while in order to unlock the fleet ability challenge where you can get zeta materials. You will initially need 5 dark side ships at 4* in order to get the Executrix to 5*. Then, you’ll need 5* ships along with 5* Executrix to unlock the 3rd tier of the fleet ability challenge, and 6* ships with a 6* Executrix to unlock the last tier of the fleet ability challenge so you can get ship omegas. If you don’t care much about fleet, then you don’t need to worry about the ship omegas. But you’ll want to be earning zeta materials either way.
