Looking for ROLO farming guild

Just as tittle says, I m looking for a guild that can get at least 50 ROLO shards per event.
I m not very powerful but I participate as much as I can. I speak English and Spanish.

HPIT/HAAT/T5 STR will be moving to T6 with full roster and keep moving up accordingly towards HSTR.
