Ship Ability Mat challenge T3

Any idea why I can't attempt tier 3 of the ship material challenge? I have 5 5* ships and a 5* Executrix

Where it says "6 non-capital ships" it technically means you need 6 5* ships+5* capital ship.

Ah gotcha. They should really change the part that says 6/6 then for clarity

Also, are you level 78 or higher?

Yup. Just never really focussed ships cause I don't like the gameplay much but decided to start ramping them up to get the zeta mats
