Missing Heroic Sith Rewards.
Hi everyone.
Last week on Thursday morning, my guild began a heroic sith raid, Thursday night was the patch, and on Friday morning we completed the raid.
Rewards were never issued to any of us in the guild.
We have all been putting in tickets and calling customer support but the response is always one of two scripted answers:
1) The server has been incredibly busy and sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for rewards to be distributed. (i am writing on Sunday night, so it's been over 60 hours since the raid ended).
2) The issue has been escalated to a "specialist" and rewards will be received within a few hours.
I've personally called 5 times in the last 60 hours and have been told that i would receive my rewards within a few hours 4 of those times (all of them on Friday).
One of my guildies was told in an email that the support personnel could not do anything about the rewards, but he was offered 200 crystals instead of the rewards due.
This is absolutely ridiculous, and i am posting it here hoping that word gets to other guilds in the same situation, and hopefully this issue gets the attention it deserves.
