Tuskens are terribad, and don't have a use in the game.
And no on the rework, there is many other toons that need one like General Grievus

Yet TB platoons always asks soooo many useful toon like 13 deathtrooper 11 krennic and rarely need tons of tuskens.

So why dont rework them, make them a full team so we have more choices in TB? Ofcouse Grevious and sep are welcome.
