Is the numbers by the mod salvage just a suggestion?

It has numbers stated such as 3 part which one would expect for every run possibility of getting 3 at a time. It is not that it is a suggestion of up to 3 so CG should revise it to say 0 to 3. I do 15 runs on a mod battle and get 10 pieces which should be impossible if it gives 3 every time you get salvage parts. Thats a bit sly deception on CG part and I expect that they should change since it doesn't truthfully show how many you are given.

Node drop numbers are always a maximum. Zero is always the minimum. It's been that way forever, so I don't see that changing in the near future.
