I find it very frustrating that Old Ben was out of the guild store for almost an entire week leading up to and even a couple days into the current Luke's Journey. It's like you were intentionally trying to limit our ability to get CLS. You guys should be assisting your players in getting these great achievements when events happen so rarely, not hindering us. The gearing and leveling is our responsibility, but getting a toon to 7 stars is hard work, and when you have a chance to help us, you should do it.

Has there been discussion about dropping toons required for events in the stores more regularly as events approach? I'm talking of course about the stores that vary their shards (fleet, guild, guild events).

Cls has been out for over a year now. It's not CGs fault you waited to until the last minute and got bad luck on a toon dropping in the store.
