Sion returns to full health in HSR P4

I submitted a bug report as well, but we were wrapping up HSR with Sion in P4 down to under 15% and Nihilis dead. Suddenly, Sion was back to 100%. It’s not just my device seeing this, it’s clearly happened game side as everyone in the guild sees it.

Anyone else run into this or know what causes it so we can avoid it in the future?
