DS unlocking DS legendary or hero journey?

Seriously, can we get something that isn’t gated behind lightside toons? They have a handful only LS unlocks but DS fans have to wade through LS characters many of us never wanted to get to something useful for our preferred force affiliation. To the developers realize the sheer lopsided releases in this manner? They must and quite frankly I wonder sometimes at the balance of their game design to ignore it.

aren't there just as many LS characters that require DS characters to unlock as there are DS characters that require LS characters to unlock, or even more if you count JTR needing DS to get bb8?
