Of course they did it with the only purpose to drain millions of euro/dollars...
I think they would earn much more if the unlock was at 5 stars: many people would have the hope to reach the goal in time...
This way it is simply impossible.
Possible scenario:
- final hit for many players ready to quit
- poor money return because the crazy whales have just that characters at 7 stars, and the others will pass further....
Really... who is the target for this attempt to grab money?
