He is only supposed to sped up Jedi, yet it seems like the whole team is benefiting. This would explain why are so many people using QGJ as a leader but only one Jedi like Lumi on the team.
I have Qui-Gon lead. All of my non-Jedi have a higher speed stat than he does. When he is leader, he is faster than they are because his speed boost does not apply to them. If you have a slow team, my entire team might very well go before yours.
