Is Revan's speed bonus correct?

Seems he is only getting +20 speed with 3 old republic/jedi (including himself) and 2 jedi. I would assume the rest of the stats are only at +20 as well.

Doesn't look the leadership is counting himself or the double tag. Is this as designed?

wow because the Game changers said it did with their videos, I guess they didn't implement it the same way on production.
