Isolate Upon Isolation

Does anyone know if Traya can reduce the cooldown an isolated ally when she casts Isolate?

She cant reduce.
As an advice, i'd give it to thrawn(if you run him) so that he can tm swap with nihi faster, in case nihi gets isolated.
