First HSR attempt - DN in P1 takes 3 attacks in one turn

Doing our first HSR. P1: DN takes 3 attacks in one turn.
He literally did it 2-3 times
Call adds, then drain, them immediately basic before I get a turn with a very fast RJT team.
Is this WAI? Doesn't do it in the lower tiers?

He has a fifty percent chance to take a third action for each turn he takes, so yes, it is how it can go for you
