In Arena (Sion usually) or Nihilus in P1 Sith Raid. Bug or what?

    4. Who attacked with half turn meter?
    5. What buffs they had
    6. What buffs / debuffs you had

    The answer is most likely in the opposing team abilities, I suggest you read through all of it
