Not giving me what I buy

I just spent arena points on getting a 5 pack of eeth koth. Before i bought them i had 75/85, so this purchase should have left me 80/85 but it still says 75/85. I don't think this is the first time it has happened either, but it's the first time I'm absolutely sure. I've been keeping my eye on all that stuff counting down the days get yoda. Please a little help. It takes way to much effort collecting everything for it to jip you like that

This happened to me before, in GW shop. I would open a ticket and hope someone checks the logs and gives you the shards. Me personally, I never bothered to open a ticket.

Yeah I mean I imagine I'll still get the 6 stars I need for that jedi by time yoda comes out, it's just Uber annoying to not get what I'm spending all day working for, you know? Lol
There's just so many issues that have more importance, I don't think this one will be addressed so I'm just gonna end my rant there lol
