Sass in raids- electrocute or not

I rather foolishly invested in Sass, but the deed is done now and I can use her in raids. Knowing that they aren't really a big numbers team, I usually just toss in my Sith under DN for an easy 15 turns till enrage slaughters them. Sass recently hit 7*, so I've been using her.

I'm wondering if her second special, electrocute, should be used or not. It definitely out-damages her basic, but it also consumes her speed up. Anyone know if the whole deal of more speed up means more dark cloaks means more tm for the team outweighs electrocute damage?

More buff on SASS means more TM gain for every Sith so I don't use electrocute in raids
She's only there for the team TM gain
