Can't we just remove RNG from farming gear and shards?

Yes, let's increase cost but make it 100% chance.
Like 4 fights for this, 6 fights for this, 1 for this
RNG is annoying, always hated when there are alot of this.
For example it is very discouraging when you buy 120 energy, do 12 rolls and get 0 items
