Prestigious Quests - what are the requirements for new ones

What are the requirements for the new Prestige quests?
Grand Arena: Han Solo Challenge
Grand Arena: General Kenobi Challenge
Grand Arena: Darth Traya Challenge
Grand Arena: Tactical Genius (3 levels)

(I wan't one that grants a "Hello Sailor" title.)

Some people may have partial progress on all of their active quests they don't want to lose if the new ones were too hard for them to get.

With the new prestigious quest being released - CG could at least add 1 more slot for active prestigious quest (but the more interesting question is - is there any logical reason to not let ppl activate em all at the same time).

It lengthens the "chase" for the compulsive spenders who will blow obscene wads of cash to complete everything ASAP.
