Can't submit bug report

No idea where else to put this. After clicking the Preview button, I don't get any Submit button.

    Options
    You need to fill in all the boxes, including the big box at the bottom. Not just the boxes marked with a "*", then the submit button should appear.

    Thank you! I don't have a screenshot or anything, so I didn't even try there.
