Character shard drop rate

The drop rate of character shards is absolutely ridiculous. I just sim'd several cantina battle to try and get Mace and got nothing, so I spent the 100 purple shards to get 120 energy and 12 times I sim'd it and I didn't get 1 single shard. It is the only issue I have in this game yet it seems to be the biggest problem. You guys have to address this!

Just wait until you farm somebody that is a few shards from unlocking/upgrading and you go 0 for 10

That's actually how I unlocked it to begin with. Had him at 79 shards then said screw it and bought the 120 pack just to get him. It's crazy

True life: I am 5 shards from unlocking Luke and went 1/15, the one coming last after 14 whiffs split in half by an app force close

There is nothing wrong with low drop rates as long as they r low for everyone
