Grand Arena Bug, Skipped Attack phase.

I set my defenses first round and as soon as the attack phase started, it tied us due to both of us setting full defenses. Attack phase never happened. Has this happened to anyone else?

Everyone else, actually.
People who did attack did not receive banners, so they gave rewards and redid it.
