Add RG to cantina battles, make blank nodes double chance for MK3 Ability mats

Title sums it up.
RG Should be farmable in a cantina battle node.
Also, blank nodes - those who don't have a hero shard - should have double chance for purple ability mats. I.e. The character shard would be replaced by a MK3 ability mat, yielding possibly 2 purple mats on a lucky draw. Until new character release occupies the node, that is.
