I have never received Omega or ability materials in this event. Is that normal? Intentionally check the rewards for many months.

It is just a matter of rng. You're able to get Omegas via GW but it always depends on rng.

I’ve never gotten them either. It’s probably a low drop rate, like getting 7 carbantis from the daily challenge.

I get them once in a while and usually do a double take because in between I had forgotten it was an option.
