How viable are the original NS in P4(whilst I Farm up MT and Zombie)?
zzVentress with Daka,Talia, Initiate and Acolyte.
If the answer is positive.....who do I priortise to G12? And does Daka or Intiate need a Zeta?

Daka's helps, but isn't needed. P4 NS works because of the healing train granting TM. Initiate and acolyte don't have heals so they're going to hamper the team pretty considerably.

Acolyte heals on criticals (sizeably so) will that help?

You can do it. I ran them before I got Talzin and Zombie done. It wasn’t super fantastic but I think I was getting like 2m in those days? It was before they reworked Acolyte though so that might make a difference. Also I never bothered gearing Initiate, she was just kind of there at g7. I had Daka’s Zeta, but again it was before the rework.
