I don't really think an All-Sith team is going to be competitive at all. Yes, they have their individual strengths, but if you put them al together, it's not going to do that well. Jedi and Rebels have more of an advantage in that their themed teams can work. Rebels rely on Leia, but she's a hard hitter. Jedi have great synergy and you can build a well-rounded team with them. Sith don't really do that. Sidious, Dooku, and Maul all have low health. They'll do well against Jedi, but against everyone else, they'll be in the middle. Savage is kind of slow. Good buff and special, under the right circumstances. Vader is a non-starter. The problem is there's no balance there. There's no real support character, like Poggle or Phasma to help them hit harder. There's no healer to save them if they get hit. And most importantly, there's no heavy hitter to do massive damage.
