Allow GA squads to be changed during Setup Phase
I realize this probably reuses code from TW, so it's not as simple as adding a button and sprinkling some code dust....
And I fully understand why you don't want to allow TW squads to be changed once set. You don't want people to remove squads from a full territory. Or change team setup which would possibly impact what others set.
But GA, being fully individualized, would be a good place to allow teams to edit compositions through the setup phase.
Reason for this request: I accidentally placed OT Chewie in my Qi'ra setup, instead of zZaalbar. Now my Han squad will be broken, along with my defensive setup, because now my Mission zeta is useless.
