What about a clones vs. Jedi event? Jedi are a little OP over clones but that might make it more fun.
Most of the assault battle events have a unique ability, like the one in Rebel Roundup that gives a bonus turn and adds permanent offense if you get a kill with it. They could add one for the clones that calls extra assists or something to make up for their outdatedness.
