Squad link attached - help w/ maximizing toons please!

Please see the profile - I have two main goals
1) Assemble at least two potent squads that can make a dent in HSith (guild currently doing t6) - my best two squads right now in terms of gp are NS and FO. I want to ensure both my NS and FO squads are modded appropriately for raid production.
2) Commit to a third team to beef up (NS and FO are primary two squads) - I will be able to get JTR when she comes at the end of this month, so I was thinking about working on Chaze next, but could also beef up Wiggs. I'm open to any ideas.
