Help me recover my account

Ok so i was gona log in to use my 45 energy several hours at 9pm. And the game started from 0. Where did my lvl 70 acct go? I didnt delete any data or tampered with any files. The game made me create a new account. And i have no idea how to recover my accunt. Ive invested real money in the game for it to disapear like that.

It keeps logging me on that lvl 2 acco7nt the game forced me to take and go through tutorial. Where can i find my main real main account? I just dont see any option anywhere to allow me to play on my main account
