Jolee Farming

Is there another way that Jolee can be farmed besides using crystals? I do not have enough crystals to get his shards and I want to get him soon to have a complete jedi team.

Theres a Fleet hard node (4-E) and a DS hard node (6-D)

So if I haven’t gotten to those, I basically cant farm him? He’s not in any other currency shop?
