issue with joining guild

anyone ever have an issue with joining guild, then the game timing out and resetting, then when you get back into the game, it shows you joined, quit, then joined again? Now I can't go back to my guild. Any one actually get help with this from EA?

I had a similar issue over a year ago when I switched guilds. EA was able to help me out within 24 hours.

Yeah, they just called. Said they couldn't help. Oh well... pay for what you get some times. haha

Message one of the officers and have them remove "you" from the guild. We had this issue a little while ago in my guild and that fixed it. Once the phantom player was removed, the actual player could join.

Have had this happening multiple times with people joining our guild. Some even thought we kicked them right after they joined.
