GA Fleet Reinforcements Reset
I sent in my first fleet, didn't go so well. I lost, but they called in 2 reinforcements. When I sent in my second, I faced the original starting lineup, and they called in the same reinforcements all over again.

I dont usually get in on a second round of a fleet.
