I'm working on a Rebel team to replace NS for arena (CLS, Han, Chewie, Leia, R2). R2 has both zetas and Chewie has Loyal Friend zeta, which is the next ability I should zeta?

CLS it binds all things would be the next one to get if you do not already have it.

The two most important zetas on the team you've suggested are CLS It Binds All Things and Han Solo's Shoots First. I have no idea why you've done the other zetas before those.

Loyal Friend is very handy given how often Chewie assists and his AoE attack and Number Crunch is always helpful, though I wouldn't have done Combat Analysis before IBAT and Shoots First.

As others have said, Shoots First and It Binds All Things are like, mandatory zetas. After that, probably CLS's leadership.
