    What player level are you? You may not have unlocked it if your under a certain player level.

    You must be at least level 60 to get the marquee.

    2hen a new character is released players level 60 and higher have the opportunity to do a marquee even to get a 3 star unlock.

    6 weeks or so after that it begins to appear in shipments shop for crystals and 6 weeks or so after that it becomes farmable on a node or in a shop.
