Different Geonosian Soldier's Swarm Ability Bug
To start off, this isn't a bug that most people would report.
As you can see in THIS VIDEO, (https://vid.me/YaIW), I haven't purchased the level 5 cooldown for the ability, yet I only have a one turn cooldown, which in turn allows me to use the skill every other turn.
