When does he become useful? Is 5* even viable in arena? Is he too slow? Would a team like this be viable in pvp?

Vader is pretty good if you like hearing the iconic "Noooo" death scream a lot.

That proposed team is too slow. I found 4* Vader useful in the arena to stay top 100ish, but had to drop him to start moving into the top ten. I'd think he'd be viable again at 6*, otherwise basic damage is too low.
