It's unlikely to change anyway, and if you want only pilot/ships in fleet battle, then you'd have to also ask for no pilot/ships in LS, DS or cantina else it makes no sense.
I'd rather have it the way it is. It's not like there's much to farm in ships nodes anyway. At least it's a different energy meaning, you can farm those without impacting other farms.
