Ki-Adi-Mundi (Character Suggestion + Kit Ideas)

Good day to everybody,

Presenting my own ideas for a highly-desired Ki-Adi-Mundi character.
Ki-Adi-Mundi was an extremely skilled Jedi Master of the High Council. He was the 3rd member of the Order and was proficient in the use of both the Lightsaber and the Force. In addition, he is stoic, brave and extremely wise due to his Cerean nature making him a skilled tactician. He also leads the Galactic Marines, one of the best Clone trooper companies throughout the war. He is ultimately one of the most underrated but loved characters in the universe and has had barely any screen time or fight scenes in the movies.

DESCRIPTION: Quick and wise Jedi attacker that greatly utillizes evasion and counter attacks to gain an advantage.

Tags: Light Side, Galactic Republic, Jedi, Attacker

1) Resolute Strike (Basic Abillity) /Basic/

Deal physical damage to target and gain Tenacity Up for 2 turns. Grant a random Galactic Republic ally Advantage for 2 turns on a critical hit.

2) Inspiring Advance (Special Abillity) CD:3 /Omega/

Galactic Republic allies gain 40% turn meter and Critical Chance Up for 2 turns. Ki Adi dispels all debuffs from himself and gains Accuracy Up and Foresight for 2 turns.

3) Swift Retaliation (Unique Abillity) /ZETA/

Ki Adi Mundi has +23% Evasion, +60% Defence and counter attacks whenever he evades an attack. He also gains 15% turn meter and recovers 10% Protection whenever he attacks out of turn.

4) 21st Nova Corps Commander (Leader Abillity) /ZETA/

Jedi and Clones allies gain +30 Speed, +15% Critical Chance and +30% Tenacity and have a 75% chance to gain Foresight for 2 turns whenever they score a critical hit. In addition, they gain +5 Speed (up to 50) whenever they evade.


The reasoning behind the Special abillity is quite obvious. He leads the charge in battles and has unwavering trust for his troopers and is also known for his courage.
The Unique is related to his quick reflexes and wisdom. He counter acts to enemy attacks very quickly. Therefore, I have added a whole new unique element that allows him to counter ONLY if he evades the attack. As a fun fact, this is also related to his death scene where he deflects quite a few shots to kill some units before being brought down.
As a General and leader, he grants bonuses to Republic forces and boosts his allies capabilities rather than focusing to debilitate the enemy. This fits his overall personally and approach to battles.

The Zeta for his unique gives: +8% Evasion, +10% Defence and gain 15% turn meter whenever he attacks out of turn. (maxed abillity description written above)

EDITED - Made the Leader abillity a zeta due to it having bonuses normally above Omega tier.

    This is very good, however, I think it is alittle weak.

    His leader ability gives bonus speed to all allys whenever they evade, however, the ability does not increase their likelihood to evade, so they will almost never benefit from this, the tenacity boost is nice, but also pretty low. Also, to give them a boost when they crit, they should also gain bonus crit. I would change it to this (let me know what you think) (Note, that galactic republic are also clones.)

    (Zeta, this is basically just Qui-Gon's leader but better lol)

In addition, they gain +5 Speed (up to 50), and recover 5% health and protection whenever they evade. Finally, Jedi and Clone all gain 3% Evasion for each Galactic Republic ally.
