DEVs: If you are using Power as part of a calculation for determining GW opponents....
Then for crying out loud have ability levels impact a characters power level! Right now only gear/stars factor into the power #, but a similarly geared/starred character with all abilities at 7 is far more powerful than one with all abilities at 3!
