The mobile version is broken for me, like many others. Its happening to a couple of users, but not all

What browser/os you using ? Chrome browser and Android os.
It's an issue with certain blades not serving up a CSS file. I went to incognito mode, forcing a full fresh fetch, mobile works fine.
