Stun Gun Question

Who should I put a stun gun on?
I have Carth at gear 11, and a little over a quarter to 7 stars. He needs 2 stun guns to get to gear 12.
Bossk just needs the stun gun to get to gear 10, and I have all the gear needed to get him to gear 11. However, he's only 5 stars, and I'm very slowly farming him.
Canderous is at gear 7 still, but I really want to start gearing him up since he's the weak link in my Carth Old Republic team. I know his later gear levels are pretty easy.
These three are my top contenders, but there are a few others who need a stun gun that I use, such as Veers, Dengar, and Nihilus. My roster if it helps any: https://swgoh.gg/p/784322886/characters/
Or would saving it be the best choice?
